Mortgage Checklist

The following is a list of the basic items needed for approval:

  • Pay stubs covering the most recent 1-month period
  • W-2s for the last two years
  • Bank statements (all pages) covering the last 2 months
  • 401k statement (all pages) or other asset statement (if applicable)
  • Copy of Drivers License
  • If self-employed or you receive more than 25% of your income from commissions, we will need your last 2 years tax returns
